Servstra is a different type of dedicated server provider. We put our customers first - as what's the point in being in business with customers?

We aren't a massive publicly listed corporation who forgets about our customers - nor are we a one-man show. We think we have the balance just right - we're big enough to provide our customers with quality services at an affordable price, yet we are also small enough to offer a more intimate service. So intimate in fact that all of our customers are assigned an Account Manager - who's job it is to provide the personalised service many of our new customers can't believe we provide, especially when they've come from one of our larger competitors.

Unlike many of our fly by night competitors, Servstra has been in business since 2002 and back then we were a web hosting business, just like what many of our current customers are. However, our owners were a little ambitious and decided they wanted to climb up the Internet tree and move into offering dedicated servers. Which is what we've been doing since June 2005.

Our head office, which includes our sales & billing teams and some of our support crew are located in Melbourne, Australia, with the remainder of our support crew located in the USA. We co-locate all of our dedicated servers in the state of the art Phoenix NAP data center. We don't use white boxes, only ultra cool Supermicro servers touch our racks. Our customers expect fast support and that's what we deliver.

In the end, we think we offer a great product and service and are continually looking to improve.
