Others charge per the hour, we include it as standard. Our server engineers will assist you with the installation of 3rd party server software such as FFmpeg, Sphinx full text search engine spider, etc. Our server engineers will also upgrade standard server software such as PHP. We reserve the right to determine which 3rd party server software we will support. Custom scripts are not supported.
