your business and we make every effort to get your servers, and other
services, online as fast as possible. You should receive your server within
three business days or less.
Please read the
following notes regarding new servers:
- Build time is
typically three business days
- Build time starts
when payment is made and hase past our fraud screening. If you order
a server on a Tuesday and do not make payment until Thursday, then
build time does not start until Thursday.
- A business day
is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- In some cases
where our data cneters are required to order parts, you may have to
wait up to five days.
- Please do not
open tickets asking for server build status. We assure you that as
soon as your server is online you will be notified. If you have not
received that information, the server is not online yet.
- If you do not
receive your server in five days, please contact our Client Services
dept via the my.Servstra portal.
