How long does it take a dedicated server to be ready?: The majority of our dedicated servers are setup within 48 hours of your order being placed. If it takes longer than this, it is usually due to your payment not passing our fraud screening process or you have ordered a customer configuration.
Do you charge a setup fee?: Unlike many other dedicated server providers, we do not charge a setup fee on any of our dedicated servers!
Where is your data center located?: We use the Phoenix NAP data center which is located in Phoenix, Arizona in the USA. You can learn more about the Phoenix NAP data center here.
Do you provide real 24/7 support?: Yes! Our Support technicians are here to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments go through a thorough fraud screening process.
Do you offer server management with your dedicated servers?: We offer an optional server management service for a low monthly fee of $25.00. You can learn more about our server management service here. Dedicated servers ordered without our server management service means we will only provide hardware and network support and the dedicated server is therefore unmanaged.

Do you offer any type of control panel?: We offer cPanel/WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin control panels as an optional extra. Control panels are great for doing simple tasks such as setting up new accounts, managing MySQL databases, etc.
How long has Servstra been in business?: We have been offering dedicated servers since 2002. We are a privately owned business and have been profitable since day 1. We have hundreds of satisfied customers from all over the world!
Is Servstra a reseller?: No. We own all of our servers which we co-locate in the Phoenix NAP data center.
Are your dedicated servers white boxes?: No! We only use Supermicro chassis - no white boxes here!
What is the private network?: Every dedicated comes with 2 NIC's, one for the access to the public network (Internet) and the other for access to the private network. If you have 2 of more dedicated servers with us, you can connect these servers together (ie. use one server for MySQL and the other as a web server) and all traffic between your servers is free!
How much are OS reloads?: One free OS reload is allowed per server per month. Any further OS reloads in a month are applied a $25.00 fee.
