How long does it take a dedicated server to be ready?

The timeframe depends on each data center's current workload and whether they have the parts in stock. Please see http://www.servstra.com/provisioning.html for more information.

Do you charge a setup fee?

Unlike many other dedicated server providers, we do not charge a setup fee on any of our dedicated servers!

Where are your data centers located?

We currently offer dedicated servers in three different data centers - Scranton (USA), Chicago (USA) and Frankfurt (Germany)

Do you provide real 24/7 support?

Yes! Our Support department are here to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments go through a thorough fraud screening process.

Do you offer server management with your dedicated servers?

Yes! All of our dedicated servers come with our famous server management service.

What is included in your server management service?

Do you offer any type of control panel?

We offer cPanel/WHM and DirectAdmin control panels as an optional extra. Control panels are great for doing simple tasks such as setting up new accounts, managing MySQL databases, etc.

How long has Servstra been in business?

We have been offering fully managed dedicated servers since 2002. We are a privately owned business and have been profitable since day 1. We have hundreds of satisfied customers from all over the world!
